Now this week's cartoon is based on a fairly obscure Bible reference. But then I figure every week I draw cartoons about incredibly obscure sci-fi references (wait till you see the Star Wars nitpick I have planned for next week). This one is about the Gospel of John, where the author never names himself but always refers to himself as "the disciple whom Jesus loved". Now that seems a little presumptuous to me but hey, maybe John was just calling it how he saw it. The winning punchline was submitted by Marv.
