Cut corners

The 'Reimagined' Battlestar Galactica is known for it's gritty realism (and I'm not just talking about Edward James Olmos' craggy face). However, maybe they take the realism too far in that for a supposed alien society, they're just like us! Same technologies, weapons, clothing styles. The one distinguishing difference between their society and ours is everything has the corners cut off. Paper, books, furniture, doors, architecture. What's up with their aversion to corners? The winning punchline was submitted by Latin From Manhattan. There were 13 finalist punchlines chosen for this cartoon.
