Regeneration

This week looks at one of my favourite scenes (among many) in the new Doctor Who series - when the Doctor regenerates (Wendy likes it too but I think because she fancies David Tennant). The winning punchline was submitted by Lazaroo. There were 13 finalist punchlines chosen for this cartoon.
