Award winning speech

I love that moment when the Rohan soldiers, looking for encouragement from their King, despair that they can't defeat the enemy. Theoden candidly agrees with them. The look on the soldiers' face is classic - a kind of 'ookkkaaaaaaay!' You'd think a leader would have somewhat better motivation skills going into a battle.
