Tri-Wizard tasks

Here's another two parter as we mete out the nastiest tasks to Hairy Plopper that we can imagine. Note - all the punchlines prefixed with 1: were for the first row (Hairy reading the list) while punchlines with 2: were the final punchline. The winning punchline was submitted by Red (Lynn) & glorendil. There were 24 finalist punchlines chosen for this cartoon.
