Why Bored Queen?

The whole point of the Borg was they're a collective where individual identity is obliterated. So it was somewhat weird that a Queen suddenly emerged in First Contact. The winning punchline was submitted by OsamaBombadil. There were 15 finalist punchlines chosen for this cartoon.
