Revitalised ghost

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR NEW STAR WARS EPISODE 6 DVD. Well, I guess the cartoon has already spoiled it for those wishing to be surprised by the new ending to the Return of the Jedi DVD with Hayden Christensen playing the Anakin Skywalker ghost. I can't quite figure out the logic or reason for the change so hopefully this contest will make sense of the whole issue. The winning punchline was submitted by johnnyb.
