Pus in Boots

This is the very first Sev Trek cartoon I drew and one of the first cartoons I posted on my website - it's popularity was one of the major reasons I ended up focusing on sci-fi parody. In fact, it was one of the first cartoon ideas I wrote - while watching old Next Gen episodes (probably first run), I mused on the sanctimonious, preachy attitude of the Enterprise crew and speculated how they would react if they were brought down to our level. Eg - something as banal as acne. Add a sentient zit and you have a bone fide Sev Trek story! Years later when Andrew and I were deciding what to do for a Sev Trek animation, this was the first story that came to mind. It was visual, had heaps of action potential and above all, was funny. So it became the Sev Trek movie (now available on DVD so be sure to snap up a copy! :-)
