Daisy

Leaving the naming of a pet to a young child is always a dicey affair. In the case of buying a puppy for Gaby, I was very conscious of the debacle of the fish naming incident (she went literal with 'Goldilocks White' and 'Spot Silver White'). In the case of a puppy, the pet store had already named her Daisy but we encouraged her to come up with a name of her own. Once again, she went another way.
