Reciprocal smacking

I'm not hardline anti-spanking but personally, I prefer to use it as a last resort and never in anger. I still find it ironic that the one behaviour that does deserve a smack is the one that I can't smack her for - hitting (which she seems to be going through a phase of doing at the moment).
