Today, Lance dies. I've copped a lot of criticism and threats of boycott with claims that The Pits is ruined without Lance. But I must point out that this is a path laid out by sevilians. Sevilians voted for the original Darwin Award punchline. Ditto for the idea of accidentally dying while faking his death. So deep down, you wanted Lance dead! Search your heart, you know this to be true :-) Seriously though, early in this storyline, I was making it up from week to week following the direction of the winning entries. But once the accidental death punchline won, I suddenly knew exactly where I was going with The Pits. So keep the faith, stay the course and see where I'm going with this...
