Mistaken mermaid

This week's cartoon is inspired by the old legend that the mermaid myth originated from sailors deceived by dugongs sunning themselves on rocks. Considering dugongs must be one of the ugliest creatures on the planet, those must've been some lonely, frustrated sailors! SEVNOTE - The winning punchline for this cartoon hasn't been chosen yet.
