Witch mugging

Here's another cartoon I drew back in 1998 but have lost all records of what the winning punchline was - so we're going to try again to see what you say when you're mugging a witch. The winning punchline was submitted by Dmitri. There were 15 finalist punchlines chosen for this cartoon. You can read the transcript of IRC Judging Session #478 where we decided the winning punchline. This cartoon was archived on 2006-07-04.
