Children develop at an amazing rate, particularly when they start school. They develop their reading, writing, speaking... but that's all nothing compared to the greed and mania that grows from year to year as holidays like Easter and Christmas approach. At the moment, Gaby is near obsessed with Easter (which is weird because she doesn't really like chocolate that much). I can see why you never actually see mythological figures like the Easter bunny - if he did appear to a group of small children, they'd most likely rip him into tiny fluffy pieces.
